Online Ordering Setup for DME Accounts

I have a DME account. How do I register to order online?

Complete the Online Registration Form.

While registering will not give you immediate access to order online, a DME customer service representative will email your username and password to you within ONE HOUR after you’ve submitted your request.

Applies to requests received M-F between 8:30am – 5pm Eastern time.

The account setup with this process is a credit card only account.

If you are tax exempt customer please email your exemption certificate to credit_application@dmesteel.com. You will be charged tax on any purchase until your certificate is on file with DME.
